Parent had used the staff bathroom and did not lock to top lock on the bathroom door. The cleaning supplies were within reach of children in care. Staff locked the bathroom door. All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, and other potentially dangerous hazards, must be stored in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a childs reach at all times
