At the time of inspection, the Licensing specialist observed water table activities and small toys in a toy bin stored under the sink in the childrens restroom in the three year old classroom. The provider had the staff immediately remove the indoor toys from the restroom, sanitize them and store the toys in the classroom. TA was provided to ensure that toys are maintained in a sanitary manner

At the time of inspection, the Licensing specialist observed an infant being diaper changed by a staff in the infant classroom that was strapped down with a safety harness attached to the diapering station. The specialist advised the provider and staff that the safety harness can not be used in the child care setting. The staff immediately took the safety strap off at time of inspection. TA was provided to ensure that the safety strap harness is never used while being diapered or changing clothes

The provider had staff clean the vents throughout the facility once VPK classroom closed and while children were outside on the playground.
