At the time of the inspection, the specialist did observe a collection of dust on the ceiling in the ones classroom, there is dust on the vent of the two year old classroom, and a few stained tiles in the four year old classroom. At the time of inspection, the counselor observed staff and school age children in care in the multi purpose room in the main building near the food preparation area with some children on tablets provided by the facility playing Roblox and some other playing with monster trucks and cars. The counselor advised the staff that children in care including school age children should only have media offered for educational purpose. The staff immediately instructed children to play the educational games on the tablets for example, ABC mouse. At the time of inspection, the counselor observed the child care personnel in the one year old classroom not following the diaper changing procedures. The staff changed a childs diaper and did not wash the childs hands, washed her hands and changed her gloves to change a different child and did not disinfect the changing mat between changes. Provider states that staff in newer and may be nervous and reminded staff verbally to follow the procedure steps posted.
