At the time of inspection, the Licensing specialist observed the mixed open classroom of one, two and three year old children watching educational videos on a tablet while conducting ratio. The specialist reviewed all present childrens files to verify accurate ages of the children and determined that the classroom had a one year old children present. The staff verbally stated all children were two years old but based on the childrens files and date of birth the children were of mixed ages. The specialist advised the staff to either turn the program off or eliminate the media and just use the audio by placing the tablet down or around in position where children can not view it.
