RSPM observed the door to the staff restroom to be open and the bathroom cabinet's child safety lock was unsecure. The staff restroom sits adjacent to the 2-3yr old classroom. Technical Assistance: All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, and other potentially dangerous hazards, must be stored in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a childs reach at all times. RSPM secured the bathroom cabinet
