The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint on June 6, 2024, regarding indoor temperature. An investigation was conducted on June 13, 2023. This complaint is substantiated for indoor temperature based on observations of classroom temperatures and interviews conducted. All staff interviewed stated the air conditioner is not working properly and the classroom temperatures were observed above 82 degrees.
