OCCL s investigation of regulatory non-compliance began after clearance from other agencies was received. On September 30, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding an allegation of a staff member having drugs at the workplace and providing the drug to three children. The facility self-reported this incident to OCCL on September 26, 2025. Based on documentation received and staff statements, this complaint is substantiated for a staff member having drugs at the workplace and providing the drug to three of the children. The staff member admitted to accidentally providing candy with THC to three children. The facility terminated the staff member s employment immediately.
