Ensure there are no toys in the crib with infants in care. There were toys in Child #1's crib while she was sleeping. This was corrected at the visit when LS Brady had provider remove all of the toys from Child #1's crib. Ensure 15 min sleep checks are documented on the daily form for all infants in care.
Ensure Parent Right to Know Log is filled out for children in care and signed by anyone who touring your family child care.
Ensure training hours are complete and submitted to OCCL within 30 days of your license expiration. Ensure to take OCCL's Health and Safety course, and complete the other two core areas. Send to OCCL when complete.

Ensure Infants in care have an Infant feeding schedule that is signed by the parent monthly. Send to OCCL when signed by the parent for the month of February, and March of 2023. Infants in care need infant sleep checks. documented every 15 or 30 minutes. Send to OCCL for Child #1. Please send one weeks worth of Daily sheets documenting sleep checks to OCCL.
