Discontinue the use of the pressure gates at the bottom of the steps and between the two rooms. Ensure the water temperature is at or below 120 degrees F. The water temperature of the sink in the bathroom read 129.5 degrees F.
Ensure monthly fire prevention inspections are documented and posted. Ensure the fire extinguisher is inspected and tagged annually.
