Ensure children's attendance is being documented correctly. Pre-K class had 5 children present, with only 3 signed in. The toddler class had 7 children present with only 3 signed in.
Ensure monthly fire drill/inspection is completed and documented monthly.
Ensure staff are not alone with children, until they have eligibility from CHU. LS Smith observed staff #4 alone with children without eligibility. This was corrected when Staff #4 combined classes with Staff #5, who has been determined eligible.
Ensure vans used for transportation do not seat more than 11 passengers. LS Smith observed 12 seats in the vehicle used for transportation. This was discussed, and Ms. Davis agreed to not transport children in the prohibited vehicle.
Ensure vlounteers are not left alone with children. LS Smith observed staff #4 leave 4 children alone with a volunteer outside on the playground. This was corrected when the staff member returned outside.

Staff #3 needs an orientation.
