The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding not following the food policy on April 23, 2025, and April 25, 2025. An investigation was conducted on May 5, 2025. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because staff members interviewed stated they follow the monthly feeding schedule when feeding an infant, which is documented daily and shared with the parent. During the visit, LS #1 and LS #2 observed staff preparing and feeding children according to the monthly feeding schedule for that child.

Ensure direct supervision and observation of children is provided at all times. Ensure infants and toddlers are cared for in separate room from preschool and older. Two one-year-old and two two year-old year observed napping with preschoolers in the preschool classroom. During the visit the building only had three staff members.
