The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint on February 12, 2026, regarding concerns of allegation of lack of supervision. An investigation was conducted on February 19, 2026. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for lack of supervision based on an interview conducted with Provider #1, as well as video footage reviewed. Provider #1 stated they always have children in sight while in care and no child had an accident or injury on February 9, 2026.

The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint on November 10, 2025, regarding concerns of not following positive behavior supports. An investigation was conducted on November 17, 2025. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for not following positive behavior supports based on the interview conducted with Provider #1 in addition to attempted interviews with two children in care at this visit. Provider #1 stated they use only positive behavior supports with children and denied using prohibited disciplinary measures with children. Two children were interviewed but were not responsive to questions from LS #1 or LS #2.
Disposition: No Evidence to Substantiate
The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint on January 26, 2023, regarding lack of supervision and not completing an accident report as required for an injury to a child while in care. An investigation was conducted on January 27, 2023. This complaint is substantiated for lack of supervision because Ms. Daniels stated she places the three younger children in their cribs and the other two children sit at the table or center while she retrieves food from the kitchen. Ms. Daniels is unable to visually supervise the children in the child care area while she is retrieving food from the kitchen. This complaint is substantiated for not completing an accident report because Ms. Daniel stated she did not complete a report for the injury to Child #1. Findings:
