On toddler playground observed multiple broken and worn toys including but not limited to: broken wooden square box, broken pieces of plastic, broken trash can, stuffed animals, blocks. 3 spikes on sandbox lifting out causing an impalement hazard. On preschool playground broken mud kitchen, broken Little Tykes grill station, broken plastic bucket. On preschool playground spikes coming out of sandbox posing an impalement hazard. On both preschool and toddler playground multiple spiky weeds accessible to children. Correction: Check playgrounds daily and keep safe and free from hazards by removal of debris, dilapidated structures, broken and worn play equipment to reduce the possibility of injuries and accidents.
