At the time of inspection observed diapers, wipes and gloves stored on an open lower shelf in the bathroom accessible to children. Correction: Immediately all diaper change supplies must be stored inaccessible to children. Violation was corrected at the time of inspection. Diapers were removed from the bathroom.
