During the safety walk-through, observed 4 candles in the television entertainment center cabinets accessible to children. In the backyard on the gate, was a long decoration with beads hanging that was accessible to children. Correction: Immediately ensure all areas are safe and free from potential hazards. Corrected at the time of the visit, the provider removed the long beaded string from the gate and put it in an areas inaccessible to children and the provider placed the candles behind a locked door inaccessible to children. Submit a written statement of future compliance by 3/28/2024. Correct by 03/21/2024
