During the walk-through, observed a broken fence board on the Toddler playground, In the preschool classroom, observed a broken faceplate on the light switch. On the preschool playground observed the landscaping material was exposed and could be a potential hazard. In the preschool classroom, observed all the chairs were stacked on top of the children's table and there were still 3 children in attendance. Correction: Immediately ensure that all indoor and outdoor equipment, materials, and furnishings are safe, sturdy, and free of hazards.
