At the time of inspection there were diapers, diaper supplies and disinfecting solutions in an unlocked cabinet in the bathroom of the 2nd classroom accessible to children. Correction: Immediatly all diaper change supplies and disinfecting solutions must be stored in areas inaccessible to children. Violation was corrected at the time of inspection. Working lock was put onto the cabinet. Correct by 12/09/2024
