In the main level bathroom, observed Safely Hand Soap with a manufacture label of 'Keep out of reach of children", on the sink, accessible to children. Correction: Immediately, all items with a manufacture label of keep out of reach of children must be inaccessible to all children. Corrected at the time of visit: Kara removed from the bathroom to a kitchen cabinet. No written response needed. Correct by 02/26/2024
