At the time of inspection, Preschool A classroom was observed to not be using an attendance verification periodically throughout the day. Sub Lead Teacher stated that there were 15 children in the classroom when there was only 13 children present. Two of the children had gone with other staff out of the room but teacher was not aware that children left.
