Correction: All staff members left alone with children must receive Department-approved delegation authorization, as stipulated by Hardship Waiver approved on 05/19/2025. Staff members who who are in the care of children but do not have all requirements set forth in the facility's waiver stipulations must have a written plan for the specific staff member to ensure they are never left alone with children, and their plan to complete all requirements by a specific date. - Correct Immediately - Respond to Licensing Specialist Lindus with written verification of correction.
