Medication and dosing schedule; b. Nutrition and feeding instructions; c. Medical equipment or adaptive devices, including instructions; d. Medical emergency instructions; e. Toileting and personal hygiene instructions; f. Behavioral interventions; and g. Medical procedure/ intervention.
