During the inspection on 12/2/2025, Licensing Specialist identified that the Ladybug and Caterpillar classrooms were combined in the gym and that the attendance roster showed 5 children to be signed in; however, the Specialist counted only 4 children physically present. SM2 signed out CH1 even though they had knowledge that CH1 was still present. During the interview process later, Specialist identified through SM2's statements that CH1 was not picked up by the parent, was still in care in the classroom and that CH1 had been removed from the classroom by SM3.
