Fire drills must be held monthly and be consistent with local fire department procedures. Tornado drills must be held monthly from March to October. Observed the toddler climbing structure to have one half of the structure lacking 6" of resilient material due to frozen ground and children were playing on the structure at the time of inspection. Resilient surfacing measured only approximately 1" in the use zone around the slide. Correction: All climbing equipment 18" or higher must have resilient surfacing of at least 6 inches in the use zone surrounding the equipment. Ensure play structure is made inaccessible until surface is no longer frozen and resilient surfacing measures 6". Correct by 12/03/2024
