At the time of the visit observed batteries, paper clips and gems game that contained small pieces accessible to children under the age of 3 years in an unlocked drawer in the Preschool classroom and a broken cryon in the Art area in the Preschool classroom. All items can pose a choking hazard for children under the age of 3 years. Also observed 2 small pink chalk pieces accessible to children under the age of 3 years in the playground.
