On the day of the investigation observed the toddler twos classroom to have 11 children and observed three children under the age of two. Identified through the Director's statement that this teacher has been coached about their tone and appropriate staff to child interactions in the past. The Licensing Specialist observed the teachers tone to be harsh with the children throughout the investigation, stating "bad choices" and "why are you doing this" [to children].
