Upon the Specialist arrival observed the Director and the Teacher sitting at a picnic table on the playground, observed 23 children playing on the playground. Observed one child on the other side of the play area on a grassy area. Observed that it would be difficult to directly supervise all of the children when sitting at the picnic table.
