All items were labeled "Keep out of reach" and accessible to children. In th kitchen in an unlocked drawer there was a sharp cheese grater and sharp pizza cutting tools. All items were accessible to children. The garage door was unlocked during the inspection which was a violation of one of the conditions on the license. Correction: Ensure that all items labeled "keep out of reach" and all sharp items are inaccessible to children at all times. Correct immediately. ** Corrected at time of visit by moving all of the cleaning supplies to locked cabinets; by moving the sharp cheese grater and pizza cutter to a high shelf in the locked pantry and by locking the garage door, making all items and areas inaccessible to children.
