After reviewing staff files, specialist observed no documentation of ECT qualifications for Courtney L. or Crystal G. Correction: Submit a written response of compliance to specialist, that includes a detailed schedule for ECT coverage for each classroom until qualifications are obtained for the staff. Upon receiving the qualifications for staff members please send the qualifications to specialist. ***Director combined the two classrooms with a total of 19 children ages 3-5 years old.
