2.508.G.1 · For every thirty (30) or fewer children in attendance, there must be at least one (1) staff member who holds current Department-approved First Aid and CPR certificate for all ages of children. Such individuals must be with the children at all times when the center is in operation. If children are at different locations, there must be a First Aid and CPR qualified staff member at each location.
Identified through discussion with the Day Camps Supervisor, the daily capacity is maxed at 30 children. Observed H.M. was the only staff member working today who has evidence of completing department approved First Aid/CPR certification. Identified through review of the staff schedule, H.M. was scheduled until 3 p.m. today. Observed no evidence of at least one staff member who holds current First Aid/CPR certification working with children after H.M. left for FAX 303-866-4453 Phone 303-866-5948 ________________________________________________ the day. Correction: Immediately ensure for every 30 children in attendance there must be at least one staff member, at all times, who holds current department approved First Aid and CPR certification.
