Observed two pieces of sidewalk chalk on a shelf in the toddler 2 classroom and 1 piece on the ground on the toddler playground, that all fit in a choke tube and were accessible to children under the age of 3 years. Correction: Toys, toy parts, equipment and any materials accessible to children under 3 years of age, must not be a choke hazard. Correct immediately by 10/2/24.
