One (1) gallon size container of disinfectant cleaner, one (1) can of insect killer spray, and one (1) bottle of bathroom disinfectant were located in the unlocked cabinet under the sink in the cafeteria where programs are held. The items were labeled with "keep out of reach of children" and were accessible at the time of inspection on 2/4/2026. It was also learned through the investigation that some items that would be labeled "keep out of reach of children" such as isopropyl alcohol and Purell disinfectant cleaner are kept in a black cabinet in the cafeteria. The cabinet have locks attached but locks are not functional or left unlocked when children are in care making the items accessible. Correction: Items labeled “keep out of reach of children” must be inaccessible to children. Correct immediately and document compliance to the Department in your written response.
