    There was a staff member who was acting as an ECT who did not have the qualifications in their portfolio to be an ECT. In the staff member's file they had 6 college hours of ECE. Two ECE college courses: Intro to Early Childhood and Guidance Strategies. They had 848 verified hours. There was another staff member in the classroom that had a PDIS level 1 qualification and over 3,200 verified hours. Correction: Obtain, maintain and update documentation of ECT qualifications. Correct immediately. Document compliance to the Department on the response form. Please provide qualifications with your response. Correct by 02/26/2026

A record of all emergency drills held over the past twelve (12) months must be maintained by the facility or center, including date and time of drill, number of adults and children participating, and the amount of time taken to evacuate.
