The pack and play that is in the main napping room had a fitted sheet on it that was stretched out, and was loosely fitted on the mattress potentially causing a suffocation hazard. Correction: Soft bedding that could pose a suffocation hazard is not permitted in cribs. Correct immediately. Corrected at the time of the inspection the provider replaced the fitted sheet with a new one that fit snugly onto the mattress. No response is needed for this violation. In the provider's kitchen drawer underneath the icemaker there was a drawer that was accesible to children that had vitamins in it. Correction: Ensure that all items that are labled "keep out of reach of children" are inacessible from children. Correct immediately. Corrected at the time of the inspection provider moved the vitamins to a taller cabinet that children can not access. No response is needed for this violation. Correct by 11/07/2023
