2.506.F · A written policy regarding visitors to the center must be posted and a record maintained daily by the center that includes, at a minimum, the date, time, the visitor's name and the purpose of the visit. At least one piece of photo identification must be inspected for individuals who are unknown to personnel at the center.

There was one (1) visitor present and they were not signed in following the written procedures for the center. Correction: Visitors must be signed in when in the facility. Correct immediately. Corrected at the time of inspection after being asked the director asked the visitor to sign in. Document a plan for continued compliance to the Department on the response form.
