In the preschool classroom, there was antibacterial Softsoap with the label, "keep out of reach children" in the classroom on a shelf that was accessible to children. In the back of the cafeteria, in the top left cabinet there was hand sanitizer with the label, "keep out of reach children." Correction: All items that are labeled "keep out of reach of children" must be inaccessible to children. Correct immediately. Corrected at the time of the inspection The preschool teacher put the soap on the top of a shelf making it inaccessible to children. A staff member in the cafeteria locked the cabinet with the hand sanitizer. No response is needed for this violation. Correct by 02/01/2024

2.138.A · Emergency drills, lockdown and active shooter on premises drills must be held at least quarterly but often enough so that all occupants are familiar with the drill procedure and their conduct during a drill is a matter of established routine. Fire drills must be held monthly and be consistent with local fire department procedures. Tornado drills must be held monthly from March to October.
