Reviewed the medications and emergency medicaitons kept at the site. One (1) emergency inhaler for a child did not have the box for the inhaler with prescription or a copy of the prescription label to show that the inhaler was prescribed to the child. The inhaler was contained in a ziplock back with information from the parent written on the plastic bag in marker. Correction: Medications must be kept in the original labeled bottle or container. Conducted a walkthrough of the two (2) classrooms. The Gym room and the Cafeteria room did not have the capacity for the rooms posted. The staff to child ratio was posted in one room.
