Numerous “keep out of reach of children” items were accessible to children throughout the house. See bottom narrative. Correction: All hazardous items and materials must be inaccessible to children. Correct immediately. Corrected at the time of the inspection the peppermint essential oil was moved thrown away in the trash. The diaper bag was moved into a locked closet. All the adult sharp scissors were removed from the container, placed into a bag, and put on the top of the refrigerator. The bleach was moved into a locked closet. The provider locked the cabinets under the sink making the Bar Keppers Friend. The provider took the shoe whitener and threw it away. The provider moved the air freshener to the top of the shelf in the bathroom that made it inaccessible to children. The petroleum jelly was moved to a locked closet.
