    A broken and jagged piece of white plastic PVC pipe was sticking out of the ground on the left side of the outdoor play area near the house. The broken pipe is a hazard and was accessible to children in the outdoor play area. Correction: Outdoor play space, including areas under decks, must be free from safety hazards. Correct immediately. Corrected at the time of the inspection by the provider covering the broken plastic pipe and removing access. No response is needed for this violation. Correct by 09/23/2024
