2.334.A · There must not be intentional screen time, which includes television, recorded media, computer, tablet, cell phones, video games, and other media devices for children under twenty-four (24) months of age. Children under twenty- four (24) months must be redirected from an area where screen time is displayed and provided with alternate activities.

Observed the provider to have cartoon on the TV and children under 24 months present. Correction: There must not be intentional screen time for children under 24 months of age.
