Identified through a discussion with a Program Lead that children that are being transported/walk to another school are signed out of the program when dropped off at the other school, but attendance verification is not done when the children leave the program building and get on the van or walk to the neighboring school. During the inspection, Program Lead was asked how many children were present and they responded "8", but they had 9 present and then again later asked again and they responded "now 7" but they had 8.
