Toddler aged children in the Toddler "Snow Owls" classroom utilizing the indoor gross motor soft climbing blocks. Observed one block was placed where highest point a child sat measured up to 23 inches tall. Observed no resilient surfacing surrounding this equipment. Correction: Immediately ensure all indoor climbing equipment over 18 inches has resilient surfacing of at least 6 inches in the use zone surrounding the equipment. Corrected at the time of the inspection when the Director rearranged climbing blocks, with velcro on the bottom of the equipment.
