Identified there were two children under three years of age in the "Green" Preschool classroom today. Observed staples are used on several bulletin boards in the main hallway, outside of the Toddler Room and four Preschool classrooms. Observed a staple on the carpet under the bulletin board outside of the "Yellow" Preschool room. Also observed several staples on the two bulletin boards in the "Green" Preschool classroom. Correction: Immediately ensure staples are inaccessible to children less than 3 years of age. Notify Licensing Specialist in writing on how future compliance will be maintained. Correct by 02/12/2024
