At the time of the inspection the Site Director was unable to access the system in which children's records were held. Identified through staff statement staff members present had no access to any of the ten (10) children's files since the beginning of the program year (09/02/2025) including on the day of the inspection. Children's records were not maintained on site as required by the Department at the time of the inspection.
