    Observed two (2) weighted Magic Merlin brand "Magic Sleep Suits" in two (2) infant cribs used by infants enrolled in the facility's infant program at the time of inspection; weighted Magic Merlin brand "Magic Sleep Suits" are not approved for use at child care facilities by the Department. Identified via staff interview and child file review both sleep suits are used by infants over the age of 12 months old. No evidence of Department-approved Health Care Plans on file for the use of weighted sleep suits and/or swaddling at the time of inspection. Correction: All infants must immediately be placed in a safe sleep environment. Immediately remove unapproved sleep
