Specialist observed staff members Kewhan, Kemani, Ryan, Jazzlyn, and Raelee all leave the cafeteria with children to use the restroom and no staff member checked the cafeteria to ensure no children were left behind. When specialist took two children out of the cafeteria to the hallway to meet up with staff members Raelee and Jazzlynn neither were aware that children were left alone in the cafeteria.
