The following items labeled "keep out of reach of children" accessible to children in the Pre-K 2 classroom: Clorox wipes and sunscreen in an unlocked cabinet above the sink and a staff bag on the floor next to the teacher desk. Correction: Immediately (9/3/25) ensure all items labeled "Keep out of reach of children" are in accessible to children at all times. Staff moved the items in the unlocked cabinet to a higher shelf in the cabinet and the staff bag was locked in a desk drawer at the time of the inspection making the items inaccessible.
