Broken plastic that was sharp and accessible to children was observed on the playground. The damage was located on the plastic handlebar of the four-horse equipment. A phone charger was also observed placed on the ground and plugged into a power strip. The charger was not connected to any device, and a child was observed playing with the power strip. Both items were observed to pose potential safety hazards. Correction: Indoor and outdoor equipment, materials, and furnishings must be strudy, safe and free from hazards.
