The following item's labeled "Keep out of reach children" a bottle of sunscreen on a book shelf in classroom 115, a bottle of sanitizer on the shelf by the door in classroom 114 and a bottle of dish soap on the counter next to the sink in classroom 114 accessible to children and posing a potential hazard. Correction: Immediately 3/25/26) ensure all items labeled "Keep out of reach of children" are in accessible to children at all times. Corrected at time of inspection all items listed above were moved to an area inaccessible to children. NO RESPONSE REQUIRED. Correct by 03/25/2026

2.138.A · Emergency drills, lockdown and active shooter on premises drills must be held at least quarterly but often enough so that all occupants are familiar with the drill procedure and their conduct during a drill is a matter of established routine. Fire drills must be held monthly and be consistent with local fire department procedures. Tornado drills must be held monthly from March to October. A record of all emergency drills held over the past twelve (12) months must be maintained by the facility or center, including date and time of drill, number of adults and children participating, and the amount of time taken to evacuate.

Program lacking documentation of a fire drill completed for January and March 2025 and a tornado drill for March 2025.
