At the time of the visit observed two empty ziplock bags on the Art shelf by the bathroom accessible to children in the Fireflies classroom. Also, observed a roll of trash bags in an unlocked drawer accessible to children in The Garden classroom. Correction: Immediately (4/13/2026) loose plastic bags must be stored in areas inaccessible to children at all times. Corrected at the time of the visit, a staff member removed the items and made them inaccessible to the children. No need for a written statement of compliance to be submitted. Correct by 04/13/2026
