    Observed 1 staff member on the playground with 10 children. SM1 was standing behind the small climbing structure with obstructed view to the children playing on the big climbing structure. Observed 1 child climbing a chain link fence with no intervention from SM1 and 1 child climbing the outer wood fence with no intervention from SM1. Correction: Immediately, staff must be awake, alert, and actively supervising all children. Submit a written statement of compliance to the Licensing Specialist. Correct by 01/21/2026
